I am addicted to the “Zone”. That elusive spot that runners search for daily. That period where daily life is put into a perspective. Why do you run? Why not! You have injuries, and you are in pain! Not in the zone, I am alive! Trying to find the zone on every run is almost impossible but the search continues by almost every runner that has ever tied on shoes, gone out for a run, and then somewhere on a trail, or on a street it finds you. Maybe only for a brief time period but that period is wonderful. You ARE Alive!
